SMALL FAQ
What do you feel more comfortable drawing, and what don’t you?
As you might have guessed from my galleries, I feel more comfortable drawing anthropomorphic characters and/or animals. I am not very good or don’t draw at all humans and some humanoids, complex mechas/mechanical objects, or very detailed and complex compositions. In case of doubt, ask me if it’s okay for me to draw X thingie! I am but a simple furry! But I am also a lover of all unusual animals, so if you have a character that falls into the category of “uncommon animal species”, I am all up for drawing them!! I don’t charge extra, I just really love drawing uncommon species. c:I have opinions about things…
I do not take suggestions about prices and my TOS are fixed. I only take suggestions for the better. Otherwise, please be respectful of artists. If you think prices are too low, you can always tip instead of forcing me to increase prices. This goes for any artist really!
TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 02/08/2026
Privacy Policy can be found hereThank you for your interest in commissioning me!
Before you continue, there are important warnings and terms you (the client) must agree to before I (the artist) start with the commission process. Without this agreement, the artist cannot proceed with the commission.● The client must be 18 years old and the owner of the payment method;● Payment is done upfront, in one of the three possibilities:- Ko-Fi (Stripe): The client purchases the commission directly from the shop. The platform guides the client through the payment;
- MBWAY (Portugal only): Payment in this app is processed as an interbank transaction, and it’s only available between Portuguese bank accounts. Any transaction fee must be paid by the client (these are displayed in the app before the transaction);
- Revolut: Payment in this app is processed as an interbank transaction, and it’s available for any international bank account. The client is sent a link for payment by the artist.● Billing is done in EURO. The client is responsible for any conversion or rates;● Every finished product has a Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license, no commercial work is accepted at this point (that is, any work the client might want to sell or make any profit of). The artwork should also NOT be modified for the purpose of profit;● The artist has a strict anti-AI policy, so any art cannot be used to train any artificial intelligence nor modified by one. If the client shows any affinity or affiliation to any AI company, product or usage, the project is automatically rejected and the client is blocklisted permanently from any future commissions;● The client agrees to pay for the commission in the billing platform of choice under the agreed sum of money, in the period of 24h since agreement of payment. The failure to pay in the period of 24h will result in the cancellation of the commission and loss of the client’s reserved slot. Any deviation from the established payment method and sum will result in the cancellation of the commission;● The artist queue is public and can be viewed in Trello;● Refunds are only given on one condition: if the artist did not start the commission in the stipulated time frame. To avoid any problems, the client should read these terms in detail;● The artist reserves the right to publish any commission in its integrity. However, in some cases, the client can ask for a period in which the artwork won’t be posted online, with the minimum interval of a day and maximum interval of three months. After that period, the artist can publish any commission artwork;● The artist does not accept any commission in which the content is illegal under the Austrian, Portuguese and European Union law. The artist also reserved the right to reject any commission content that they do not deem appropriate or is not to their liking, including but not exclusively:
- Extreme violence, rape, or gore (e.g. exposed organs);
- Hate propaganda and power abuse institutions, historical or modern;
- The use/presence of guns, as well as war content, both historical or modern;
- Any adult content considered extreme, non-consensual or non-sanitary;
- Characters which the copyright does not belong to the client. This includes characters derived from copyrighted content (e.g. pokésonas).● Sexual and/or adult (18+) artwork is accepted if paid by MbWay or Revolut. The art must not fall under the forbidden list aforementioned. The client must give proof that the characters are owned by them. In the case of several characters owned by multiple people, the client must show explicit permission from the other people that they can commission adult artwork of the characters. The client must also show proof of artwork done beforehand of all characters before it can be accepted. This measure is implemented to respect the consensual use of other people’s characters, and any signs of abuse can result in the client being blacklisted and reported;● Whenever the client has to give approval to any intermediate steps of the commission, the client can ask for modifications within defined limits (depending on type of commission). The failure of the client to answer the artist within a week, will result in the commission being processed without the feedback of the client, and the client must accept that responsibility. For commissions in which the material does not allow for modifications after its use (traditional ink pens, coloured pencils and watercolour), the client has to ask for edits BEFORE the material is used. Any modifications after the use of traditional materials will be denied by the artist;● To avoid any troubles, it is advised that if the client has any specific idea, it should be told before payment. Honest and open contact with the artist is imperative to make the process go smooth and have both parties happy with the commission! The client can show photos, images, or even a silly stick figure sketch of what they are envisioning. Anything that helps both parties is welcome!● The client must have a reference sheet or previous artwork for reference. Currently, the artist does not accept commissions without any reference of the character. A single image of the character with a descriptive text is acceptable, but the client must understand that any details of the character might be missed. AI generated references or prompts are not accepted and result in a cancellation as well as permanent exclusion from future commissions;● If the client has any deadline, this must be agreed by both parties BEFORE payment. The artist will not work on deadlines given by the client after payment;● The artist has the right to cancel or not refund the project if the client violates any of the stated agreements, or to withdraw their right to any future commissions. Furthermore, the artist will not accept any commission from people blocked in any of their social media/art archive accounts.COMMISSION SPECIFIC TERMS OF AGREEMENTTELEGRAM STICKERS● The sticker artwork is done either in a cartoon or semi-realistic style, usually in plain colour unless agreed differently by both parties;● This artwork is done with the telegram platform in mind, but can be used by the client in any other platform as long as it agrees to the integrity of the terms of agreement;● For custom stickers, the minimum order per project is three stickers;● The client should have a specific idea of what they want for the sticker, this can include showing ideas through photos or emojis. The artist will make a rough sketch that is an approximate idea based on what the client describes, which needs to be approved by the client before the final sticker is done;● Maximum revisions allowed: 2 major revisions during sketch, 1 minor revision after ink+colour;● An exception to the aforementioned process are YCH commissions, for which the idea is already present, and the artist only needs the client’s reference sheet to complete the commission. Small changes to the YCH sketch can be done within reasonable limits, and should be agreed BEFORE payment. Maximum of 1 revision in the final product;● The final artwork is sent in PNG format with the original resolution (with signature), as well the files with a 512px size ready to be put in telegram. The client is responsible for the creation of the sticker pack, or to add the stickers to a previous pack. The artist also sends a sticker with the artist’s information, and the client MUST also include this sticker in the pack. Failure to do so will result in the client being put in a blacklist.TRADITIONAL COMMISSIONS● These commissions are done in acid-proof A4 paper specifically with the used medium in mind. Commissions can also be done in A3 paper, but the artist will usually reserve this size for more complex commissions (e.g. full background and water coloured);● Sketch commissions are the most basic type, and require less steps: once the client has given an idea of what they want, the artist makes a rough concept sketch that must be approved by the client. Once approved, the artist will finish the sketch and give it to the client;● Inked commissions share a similar process, however, the client must approve the final sketch before it is inked. The client must be aware that modifications CANNOT be done after inking has started, so any changes have to be asked when the final sketch is shown;● Colour pencil/mixed-medium (colour pencils + watercolour) commissions also need the sketch to be approved before inking and colouring. Due to the nature of these materials, the client must be aware that the colours of the characters may deviate slightly from the reference sheet. Traditional art does not share the amazing eyedrop tool from digital art, and colours are limited to the existing materials, and the client must be aware of that. Just as the inked commissions, the artist WILL NOT make any modifications after the sketch was approved.
Maximum revisions allowed: 2 major revisions during rough sketch, 1 minor revision after sketch, ZERO revisions after ink+colour;● Currently, upgrades are not done to any of these commissions (that is, the client cannot ask for it to be inked and/or coloured at a later stage). The final product must be agreed beforehand;● The client will receive a PNG file in 600 dpi resolution of the product. If the client wants the physical piece of artwork, this must be agreed BEFORE payment. The client must pay for the costs of shipping (including packaging materials and any tracking option), and agree that any damage to the package must be reported to the postal entity in which the shipping is done. Once the package is out of the artist’s hands and in the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for any loss or damage.DIGITAL COMMISSIONS● These commissions are done digitally, in Krita, using a wacom bamboo. Due to blending mode in my brushes, the colour profile is in sRGB;● As with all commissions, the client will give the artist their idea for the commission, and the artist will make a rough concept sketch that must be approved by the client. After that, the artist will also show the lineart, wait for approval, then finish with colour;● Maximum revisions allowed: 3 major revisions during rough sketch, 2 minor revisions after the lineart, 1 minor revision colour;● EXCEPTION TO THESE RULES ARE DISCOUNTED OR SKETCH DIGITAL COMMISSIONS. There are two options for these commissions, either the client gives me complete artistic freedom, or the client gives a very specific prompt that should include references (stick figure sketch, photo ref collage, etc.). Unlike other commissions, the client will only be given a draft to approve and allowed one small revision (discounted) or one major revision (sketch), afterwards I move on to finish the commission;● Unless specified, discounted digital commissions are not offered on a regular basis. Please check my social media platforms and Ko-fi storefront to see when this commission type is being offered;● Currently, upgrades are not done to any of these commissions. The final product must be agreed beforehand;● The client will receive a PNG file in a 300 dpi resolution equivalent to a A4 size. For simple animations, the client also receives a GIF in full resolution and resized, as well the PNGs of each frame. The artist will not send the .kra file, but changes to the PNG and resolution can be done if they are agreed beforehand and depending on the purpose (e.g. promotional non-commercial material).Any further questions should be asked directly in Ko-Fi, telegram messages or e-mail.
